This product is a core sealing and load-bearing component designed exclusively for industrial pumps. Crafted from high-performance reaction-bonded silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic and finished with precision CNC machining, it delivers stable operation even under extreme conditions of high abrasion and strong corrosion, making it a critical part for ensuring long-term, reliable pump performance.

Superior Wear & Erosion Resistance
With hardness second only to diamond, silicon carbide exhibits a wear rate 1/10 that of metal materials in particle-laden fluid environments, significantly extending pump maintenance intervals.
Universal Corrosion Resistance
It demonstrates exceptional tolerance to harsh media such as strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants, eliminating the risk of corrosion-induced deformation in chemical, metallurgical, and other demanding applications.
Dimensional Stability at High Temperatures
Boasting a thermal expansion coefficient 1/5 that of metals, it maintains minimal dimensional change across a wide temperature range of -200℃ to 1200℃, preventing seal failure caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
High Mechanical Strength
It combines a compressive strength of over 3000 MPa with excellent impact toughness, capable of withstanding transient loads during pump startup/shutdown and high-pressure operating conditions.
Precision Machining for Perfect Fit
Manufactured via 5-axis CNC machining, it features hole position tolerances within ±0.02 mm and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, ensuring seamless integration with pump assemblies.
