Full ceramic bearings are precision-engineered from high-performance ceramic materials including Zirconia, Silicon Nitride, and Silicon Carbide for the inner ring, outer ring, and rolling elements. These advanced bearings deliver superior durability and reliability in extreme operating conditions compared to traditional steel bearings.
Designed specifically for high-speed rotation, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic properties, electrical insulation, and high-temperature environments, full ceramic bearings provide optimal performance for demanding industrial applications.

Corrosion Resistance
Full ceramic bearings demonstrate exceptional chemical inertness, resisting acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents. Ideal for highly corrosive environments including chemical processing, electroplating, seawater desalination, and medical equipment.
High-Temperature Resistance
Ceramic materials maintain high hardness and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. Full ceramic bearings operate continuously in environments ranging from 500°C to 800°C, significantly exceeding the temperature limits of standard bearing steel (approximately 150°C).
Non-Magnetic & Electrical Insulation
These non-magnetic bearings eliminate magnetic field interference, making them perfect for MRI equipment, aerospace navigation instruments, and semiconductor manufacturing. Their excellent electrical insulation properties prevent current passage and avoid electric erosion.
Lightweight & High-Speed Performance
With ceramic material density approximately 3.2 g/cm³ (only 40% of bearing steel's 7.8 g/cm³), centrifugal force on rolling elements is significantly reduced. This enables higher limiting speeds (high DN value) with less heat generation in high-speed rotating applications.
